SALARY will always be paid70 % FIXED every month AND 30% ON ACHIEVING 50% TARGET BASED ON PRO RATA BASIS MONTHLY
EXCLUDING 1% INCENTIVE ON ACHIEVING 70% OF TARGETs
JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Hub Head/RM’s
REPORTS TO: National Head
OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Engaging with KOLs, Influencers at State level health Departments, PSUs, Corporate Bodies
SUMMARY OF POSITION
To institutionalize S.S. Medical Systems’ Infection Control solutions by strategically aligning with State health priorities under NHM, influencing PIP formulation, and engaging with key decision-makers, policy architects, and technical committees at state levels, including but not limited to NHM Directorates, SHS, DHS, DMERs NCDC, Central TB division, other bodies.
CAREER PROGRESSION
Ability to progress towards leadership role of VP – Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drive sales and business development for medical equipment and devices within the assigned geography
2. Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers within the healthcare ecosystem to support business growth
3. Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
4. Manage government sales and tender business, with special focus on GeM portal bids and related processes.
5. Coordinate with local partners (LPs) for follow-ups, bid submissions, and next-level actions.
6. Oversee hub operations, ensuring efficient coordination with cross-functional teams for business execution.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for strategic planning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue growth – Achieving Sales Targets for medical devices within the assigned geographies
Government/Institutional Sales- Number/Value of GeM bids won
KOL/influencer engagement –Number of active KOL’s on boarded
GeM Tender Management – timely submission & conversion rate of bids
Effective in co-ordinating with local partners (LP’s) through follow ups/bids
Customer retention & satisfaction- Follow ups & feedbacks
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Public Health, Microbiology, or Hospital Administration
MBA (Healthcare) - Preferred Experience:

Ability to manage a specific geography with in-depth market understanding.
Strong coordination, leadership, and relationship management skills.
