SUMMARYOFPOSITION |
The role requires strong expertise in KOL/influencer engagement, government sales, and tender/GeM bid management, along with proven experience in medical equipment/devices. The Hub Head will be responsible for driving revenue, coordinating with local partners and internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: |
1. Drive sales and business development of infection control solutions, medical equipment/devices within the assigned geography. 2. Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers within the healthcare ecosystem to support business growth 3. Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. 4. Manage government sales and tender business, with special focus on GeM portal bids and related processes. 5. Coordinate with local partners (LPs) for follow-ups, bid submissions, and next-level actions. 6. Oversee hub operations, ensuring efficient coordination with cross-functional teams for business execution. 7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for strategic planning.

· Revenue growth – Achieving Sales Targets within the assigned geographies · Government/Institutional Sales- Number/Value of GeM bids won · KOL Engagements · GeM Tender Management – timely submission & conversion rate of bids · Effective in co-ordinating with local partners (LP’s) through follow ups/bids · Customer retention & satisfaction- Follow ups & feedbacks |
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate- inany discipline (with a preference to Biotechnology/Microbiology)
- MBA–Any discipline (with preference to Microbiology)
