Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager specializing in construction chemicals to lead sales activities in Raipur and surrounding areas. The role includes managing key accounts and driving customer base expansion.
Responsibilities:
➡ Lead sales initiatives for construction chemicals, including adhesives, waterproofing solutions, paints, and tile adhesives.
➡ Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth.
➡ Build and nurture strong relationships with builders, contractors, and retail partners to expand market presence.
➡ Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
➡ Collaborate closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and promotional support.
➡ Drive achievement of sales targets while ensuring timely collection of payments and effective credit management.
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in construction chemical sales preferred.
Strong leadership and client management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Raipur and surrounding markets.
Ability to travel as required.
