Job Description:

• Supervising and training staff: Oversee daily operations, monitor performance, provide training, and mentor employees. 
• Managing operations: Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency, help implement company policies, and manage resources like inventory or budget. 
• Handling customer service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints. 
• Administrative tasks: Assist with record-keeping, reporting, and financial tasks. 
• Leadership and communication: Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolve conflicts, and make decisions in the absence of a senior manager. 

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business administration or engineering is often preferred. 
• Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years in a supervisory or management role is commonly required. 
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills are essential. 
• Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, and an understanding of business operations are important. 

• A Deputy Manager is typically a higher rank and may have more strategic responsibilities, often stepping in to make high-level decisions when the manager is away.
• An Assistant Manager primarily focuses on executing the manager's directives and supporting the daily functions of the department or business.
