Team Lead – Counselling

Job Description:

*About the Role* :
We are looking for a Team Leader - I2C Counselling for our Pune/Bangalore Branch.
You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth.

*The charter for this role will include* :

● Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)
● Handle a team of 2-3 counsellors
● Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
● Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
● Report & Data Management
● Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
● Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
● Pipeline forecast & Management
● Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

*Ideal Persona would* :

● The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)
● In-depth knowledge of UK
● 4-5 Years of experience in study abroad
● Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines ● Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
● Experience in working with CRMs is desirable. ● Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
● Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
● Hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers.

Additionally,
1. You will have to travel to Bangalore for 1 week for OJT.
2. You will get medical insurance + there will be PF deduction of 3800
3. You will get assets from the company
4. 5 days working - 10 to 7, offs will be rotational. Sunday will be the common off.
