Job Description:

As an Account Executive at the company, you will own the full sales cycle and drive growth across our Recruitment (RX) and Customer Experience (CX) verticals.

You will:

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic research.
  • Own the entire sales process, from initial outreach and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Educate prospects on the power of Generative Voice AI and Agentic Frameworks, helping them reimagine what is possible.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities by deeply understanding customer challenges and aligning Company's capabilities and solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to stakeholders at all levels - including CXOs and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes, negotiate terms to bring deals over the line.
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track KPIs, maintain CRM hygiene, and share daily and weekly insights with the leadership team.

▪ Qualifications

We are looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness. You will strive with us if you have:

  • Experience in Telco (CPaaS, CCaaS, contact centres, dialer, etc.) or HR Tech (ATS, HRMS, job board, etc.) is a must.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a full-cycle software sales role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven record of closing deals and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Stellar communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-up habits, and an ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously.
  • Resilient, adaptable mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.
