Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our global
service team. The role involves providing technical support, installation, and
troubleshooting for our advanced IC products. The ideal candidate will bring strong
technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer
service.
Key Responsibilities
 Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IC products.
 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
 Deliver technical training and support to clients.
 Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and customer interactions.
 Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service delivery.
 Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer requirements and
recommend product improvements.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related
field).
 4–5 years of proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in a similar
industry.

 Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical
systems, and pneumatics.
 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Willingness to travel extensively within the UK/European region.
 Fluency in English (knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage).
