Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Manage room booking reservations efficiently
- Contact customers regarding room availability, tariffs, and offers
- Coordinate booking confirmations and ensure timely follow-ups
- Respond to guest queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain customer records using CRM tools or MS Excel
- Prepare and share daily booking and inquiry reports
- Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Make My Trip, Go ibibo, Agoda, etc.) – experience preferred
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless communication
Candidate Profile : - Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Prior experience in Hotels/Resorts – Sales, Reservations, or Front Officepreferred
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
