Position: Business Development Manager
Experience level: 3 to 10 Years
Salary: Best As Per Industry
Monday to Saturday
9.30am to 6.30pm / 10am to 7pm (Any)

Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales & Business Development
• Generate qualified sales leads through networking, digital platforms, referrals, and channel partners.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase the project’s value proposition.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions.
2) Client Engagement & Site Visits
• Coordinate and conduct personalized site visits for prospective buyers.
• Provide prospective clients with detailed information about project specifications, amenities, pricing, and legal aspects.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and convert them into confirmed bookings.
3) Transaction Management & Coordination
• Assist buyers through the booking, documentation, and payment process.
• Coordinate between the company, clients, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and registration of documents.
• Liaise with financial institutions to support clients in securing housing loans.
4) Customer Relationship Management (Post-Sales)
• Act as the primary point of contact for purchasers post-purchase.
• Address client queries regarding project progress, possession timelines, and handover formalities.
5) Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Track competitor projects, pricing, and local market trends in Goa.
• Provide management with regular sales reports, lead status updates, and client feedback.
• Contribute to refining sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
6) Operational Support
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, contracts, and transactions.
• Support project management teams with client communication regarding construction milestones and delivery schedules.
