Pre-Sales Executive
Job Description:
Role:
Be the main point of contact for customers from pre-sales to booking. Handle queries, schedule site visits, coordinate with the sales team, and help close sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Call and convince clients; schedule site visits.

Respond to queries and maintain client database.

Follow up on leads to drive bookings.

Maintain records of customer interactions.

Support sales team and ensure smooth handovers.
Skills Required:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.

Familiar with MS Office; CRM preferred.

Willing to travel locally.
Experience:
6 months – 1 year in Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or sales (real estate preferred).
