Job Description:

Role:

Be the main point of contact for customers from pre-sales to booking. Handle queries, schedule site visits, coordinate with the sales team, and help close sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and convince clients; schedule site visits.

  • Respond to queries and maintain client database.

  • Follow up on leads to drive bookings.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions.

  • Support sales team and ensure smooth handovers.


Skills Required:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.

  • Organized and disciplined follow-up.

  • Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.

  • Familiar with MS Office; CRM preferred.

  • Willing to travel locally.


Experience:

6 months – 1 year in Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or sales (real estate preferred).
