Job Description:
A Zonal Sales Manager for LAP is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products by developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and managing regional operationsKey duties include setting goals, building and training a team, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring compliance, and managing customer relationships to drive revenue growth within their zone. 
 
Key responsibilities
  • Sales strategy and execution: 
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for LAP products within a designated zone. 
     
  • Team leadership and management: 
    Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals. Provide coaching, monitor performance, and ensure high employee engagement and motivation. 
     
  • Business development: 
    Identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and capitalize on growth areas. 
     
  • Performance monitoring: 
    Track key sales performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and generate reports for senior management. 
     
  • Customer and partner management: 
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and real estate brokers. 
     
  • Market analysis: 
    Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to inform strategy. 
     
  • Operational oversight: 
    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, manage the sales cycle, and oversee operational efficiency.
