Job Description:
A Zonal Sales Manager for LAP is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products by developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and managing regional operations. Key duties include setting goals, building and training a team, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring compliance, and managing customer relationships to drive revenue growth within their zone.
Key responsibilities

Sales strategy and execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for LAP products within a designated zone.

Team leadership and management:Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals. Provide coaching, monitor performance, and ensure high employee engagement and motivation.

Business development:Identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and capitalize on growth areas.

Performance monitoring:Track key sales performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and generate reports for senior management.
