Job Description:

Job Summary:  EA to play a role of strategic partner and supporting leadership teams in strategy execution, business analysis, and communication, will be working directly with CEOs and senior leaders to drive high-impact initiatives, streamline operations, and translate business data into clear executive insights. To manage Internal communication, corporate social media handling, manage top management/CXO’s schedule/calendar. Should have good command over English-oral & written, good stakeholder management skills, good analytical and presentation skills, who can multitask with eye for detail, self driven and corporate presence.

Role & responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO/COO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate timely and professional communication on behalf of the executives.
  • Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and stakeholder interactions.
  • Work directly with the CEO to support business strategy, investor relations, and cross functional projects.
  • Conduct revenue analysis and build dashboards to identify market performance and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare strategic decks and financial models for potential investors and internal leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate high-level communication between CEO, COO, and project teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Implement reporting frameworks and SOPs improving decision visibility and efficiency.

Executive Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Maintain confidential records, strategic documents, and performance trackers.
  • Support in drafting communications, memos, and strategic updates.

Project & Initiative Management

  • Monitor progress on key initiatives led by the CEO and COO.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely execution and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows and communications.

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, (MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment.
  • Adept at financial modeling, investor presentation design, and project coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Job location – Remote/work from home.

Working Days & Shift:

  • 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
  • US Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
