Job Summary

The Telecaller is responsible for initiating contact with prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and set appointments, while also handling incoming calls and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers from provided databases to introduce and explain products, services, features, and current promotions.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate qualified leads for the sales team and actively follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities or scheduled appointments (e.g., test drives, site visits, consultations).

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns or redirect calls to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales conversions.

• Data Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or database with detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, call logs, and follow-up activities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, or service teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads and appointments.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to effectively communicate and answer questions.
