Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Marketing Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting company services, generating leads, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products and services.

• Handle inbound queries and provide information about offerings.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM updates.

• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team and assist in business development activities.

• Maintain call logs, feedback, and regular reporting to the team leader.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while dealing with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or HSC with relevant communication skills (any stream).

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email handling.

• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented individual.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle rejections positively.
