About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to manage company and client financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with accurate reports and insights. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking Transactions: Handle and oversee all company and client banking transactions, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with policies.

• GST & TDS Compliance: Manage monthly and quarterly GST/TDS filings in coordination with the company’s Chartered Accountant.

• Accounts Finalization: Prepare and finalize accounts and financial statements as per accounting standards with CA support.

• Exchange Compliance: Manage and report funds-related daily submissions to stock exchanges (NSE, BSE).

• Payroll Management: Calculate and process salaries, ensuring correct PT, PF, and ESIC deductions.

• P&L Reporting: Prepare client-wise profit and loss statements and tax reports on request.

• Fixed Deposits (FD): Manage company FDs, track renewals, and reconcile interest statements with bank reports.

• MIS Reports: Prepare and present monthly MIS and financial summaries for management review.

• Audit & Internal Controls: Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance and financial integrity.

• Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring accuracy and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s or CA Inter preferred)

• 5–9 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or finance

• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting principles

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and audit processes

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills
