Job Description:
Position – HOD Human Resouce
Years of experience: 12-15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for all levels, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Drive performance evaluation processes and support in setting KRAs/KPIs across departments.
- Oversee the training and development department, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement and manage HR technology tools and digital HR processes.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to management and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR team.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
