Job Description:

• Designation: International Presales Executive
• Location: Mahalaxmi or Byculla
• Qualification: Minimum HSC
• Working days: 6 days per week (mandatory weekend working); fixed weekly off on Monday
• Working time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)
• Experience: 1+ Year
• Salary: Best in industry, based on current/last drawn salary

Position Details

1. Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in tele-sales within the real estate sector
• Proven experience in real estate telecalling sales; NRI client handling will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to remain patient and handle customer rejection professionally
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

We are seeking an enthusiastic International Pre-Sales Executive to generate leads through cold calling. The role involves influencing potential customers and creating interest in our services. A basic understanding of real estate is required, with the primary objective being to generate new leads and bring in potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Efficiently manage objections and demonstrate strong selling skills
• Cold call potential clients
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements
• Persuade customers to meet our sales managers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and useful information
• Respond to customer queries via multiple channels (web, newspaper, etc.)
• Engage with existing customers and invite them for site visits
• Handle sales over the phone
• Coordinate with Site Managers for revisits
