Position: HR Generalist
Experience: 4–5 years (in manufacturing / services / industrial / engineering / mid-sized organisations)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding: source, screen, interview coordination, offer letters, joining formalities & induction.
• Manage employee attendance, shift scheduling / deployment (especially for site-based staff), tracking, logistics coordination.
• Administer compensation & benefits; support payroll or liaise with payroll vendor; manage benefits, allowances, statutory compliance.
• Handle employee separations: exit formalities, exit interviews, documentation, final settlements, exit/attrition analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws, company policies, site safety/compliance requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases / HRIS, documentation, record-keeping.
• Act as the link between operations/site teams and management — handle employee queries, grievances, clarifications, employee relations.
• Support periodic audits, compliance reviews, policy implementation, improve HR processes & documentation.
Criteria / Preferred Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation & organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance requirements.
• Ability/willingness to coordinate with on-site operations.
• Confidentiality, integrity, professionalism.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
