Job Description:

Lead and manage a defined territory to drive adoption of a new
generation of paints and waterproofing and manage its P&L
2. Design and roll-out sales and marketing plans in the assigned
geography
3. Build rapport and generate business with key
influencers/stakeholders, viz: contractors, builders, key
accounts/ institutions, interior designers, architects, repair &
restoration consultants, etc. and provide them with technical
know-how
4. Develop and manage a network of Channel Partners to generate
project leads and drive conversion
5. Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
6. Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the
organization. Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure

 

Desired Candidate
Profile

1. 2-7 years of experience in the project sales industry, preferably
from paints.
2. Well versed in technical and commercial aspects of project sales in
the paint business and must have experience in selling conceptual
products
3. Fluent in English and local language as well as excellent articulation
