Job Description:

Achieve primary & secondary sales targets for the region

Lead, mentor & motivate the field sales team (ASMs / TMs)

Expand market presence through territory mapping & penetration

Appoint, manage & develop stockists, distributors, CFAs
-
Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities & provide insights
-
Ensure product availability, visibility & demand generation at retail/chemist level
-
Conduct fieldwork with team to enhance productivity & relationship building
-
Drive new product launches successfully with execution plans
-
Maintain strong relationships with key chemists, trade partners, and institutions
-
Ensure compliance with company business policies and ethical practices
-
Manage claims, credit notes, stock rotation & inventory levels
-
Review team performance through KPIs, sales MIS & reporting
-
Conduct regular training programs for team capability development
