Lead – Product Owner (Trade Finance & Transaction Banking)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of Trade Finance product journeys (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Remittances) along with Cash Management solutions (Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Channels). This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, customer-centric innovation, and ecosystem partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision for Trade Finance and Cash Management, ensuring seamless digital journeys for LC/BG/Remittance processing.
• Research best practices and emerging technologies to deliver superior customer experiences.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog across financial year with measurable value delivery.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for LC/BG/Remittance flows, including onboarding, transaction processing, and post-transaction services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams for intuitive and accessible interfaces.
• Enable FinTech integrations and API-based solutions for corporates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks for trade finance products.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Trade Finance products (LC, BG, Remittances) and Transaction Banking.
• Experience in Agile methodology and Product Backlog Management.
• Knowledge of API integration, digital channels, and FinTech partnerships.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in trade finance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Trade Finance and Transaction Banking.
