- Must have worked in a liaisoning architect's office.
- Municipal/approval drawing preparation with a good understanding of the various aspects of regulations to be shown in the municipal drawings.
- Manage project documentation, maintain proper filing, and track approval status.
- Maintain records of drawings, submission files, and approvals received from authorities.
- Coordinate with the municipal architect, design architect, and other consultants to deliver approvals on time.
- Preparation of applications to various departments for IOD/CC/OC compliances.
- Conduct periodic site visits to check work as per approval, like plinth/slab checking before casting, etc. Visit project sites when required to verify and support execution asper approved drawings.
Candidate Profile:
- Academic Qualifications: Graduate, Certificate in Draftsmanship
- Well versed with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of Pre-DCR, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
- Work Experience: 10-12 years in a similar capacity in Mumbai Real Estate, with fair knowledge of the approval process.
- Knowledge of BMC payment sheet working and cost heads involved in various regulations of DCPR.
- Should have handled online uploading of documents & proposal submission and Architect Console on AutoDCR.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in Marathi.

Location: Head Office in Borivali West.
