ELECTRICAL MANAGER FOR CARBON MANUFACTURING COMPANY - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for electrical engineers/technicians, fostering professional growth and efficient team dynamics.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects (new installs, upgrades), managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• System Operations & Maintenance: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency responses, and system performance monitoring for electrical machinery and infrastructure.
• Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce strict safety standards, ensuring adherence to all electrical codes (like NEC) and regulations (OSHA) to maintain a safe work environment.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance, review designs, conduct quality control, and stay updated on emerging electrical technologies and industry best practices.
• Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, allocate resources, and oversee vendor/contractor relationships. 

• Electrical Engineering Manager: Focuses more on R&D, design, development, and testing of electrical products/systems.
• Electrical Maintenance Manager: Focuses on day-to-day upkeep, reliability, and efficiency of existing plant electrical systems.
• Electrical Project Manager: Focuses on the planning and execution of specific electrical construction or infrastructure projects.
