Tele Sales Consultant_Ahmedabad

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, events, and promotions.
• Educate customers about Gauneeti's A2 Milk, A2 Bilona Ghee, dairy products, wellness products, and subscription plans.
• Convert inquiries into trial orders, subscriptions, and repeat purchases.
• Follow up with existing customers to increase retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with delivery and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Generate referrals and customer testimonials whenever possible.
• Conduct feedback and satisfaction calls to strengthen customer relationships.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Call Center operations.
• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, organic, and natural products will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
