Job Description:
Key responsibilities
    • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
    • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
    • Sales strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, which may include creating business plans and forecasts.

 

  • Proposal and presentation development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and identify growth areas.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts and develop innovative solutions.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. 

 

 
Qualifications and skills
  • Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or business development is often required.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective long-term sales plans.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to different markets and company cultures.
  • CRM proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client data and track activities.
