Job Description:

Domestic & International Business Expansion

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and support business expansion in both domestic and international markets. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the BDM will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and strengthening our market presence in marine engines, generators, pumps, hydraulics, fire systems, and related equipment.

Core Responsibilities:


• Client Acquisition & Market Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through active outreach, networking, and lead generation.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead discussions with potential clients, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring win-win agreements that support company goals and profitability.
• File & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of proposals, quotes, contracts, client communications, and other business documentation in a systematic and retrievable format.
• Employee Requirement & Coordination: Work with HR and internal teams to identify and plan manpower requirements for new projects. Ensure smooth coordination and allocation of resources for business commitments.
• Accounts & Back Office Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, financial summaries, revenue forecasts, key metrics, and insights to the MD and leadership team. Ensure timely updates of client information and internal systems.
• Domestic & International Travel: Travel frequently within India and abroad to meet clients, attend trade shows, negotiate with partners, and explore business growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile:
• MBA (mandatory) with strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
