Experience: min 2 to 4 yrs of experience specifically in Recruitment from Non-IT / Manufacturing Industries. Knowledge about Joining & Exit formalities, MIS reporting, Employee Engagement activities.

Recruitment - Sourcing, Screening and whole Recruitment process.
Smoothly handle joining & exit formalities and required documentation.
Good experience in Contract Vendor Management, Employee engagement, Employee grievances, Disciplinary action process Etc.
Knowledge about overall Human resource HR activities.
Good to prepare MIS reporting.
Good communication skills, Convincing power in English & Marathi languages.
