Production supervisor (Fabrication) at Shirwal in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech / Automobile / Production
Experience: 4 to 7 yrs exp in manufacturing of Automobile sheet metal parts, fabricated assemblies, Laser cutting parts & press parts.
work location: Shirwal in Pune (On Satara road)

Job Responsibilities:
To handle shift production activities for Laser Cutting and Fabrication assembly work from Sheet metal industry.

Job Description:
Responsible to handle the whole shift independently, Manpower Handling
Responsible for Yield Performance, achieve the product target to complete the customer demand order.
Knowledge of Laser cutting, Sheet metal fabrication work is preferable .
Knowledge of production planning, material inventory control, shift dispatch as per customer schedule.
Awareness of preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Machine.
Knowledge of Quality System
