Position: Admin Officer
Industry: Pharma Formulation (OSD / SVP)
Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative & office operations

Vendor coordination (canteen, housekeeping, security, transport)

Maintain attendance, records, bills & MIS reports

Support HR in joining formalities & employee coordination

Ensure compliance with company policies & statutory norms

Manage office assets, stationery & facilities
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Pharma industry preferred)
Skills: MS Office, communication, coordination, documentation
