Job Description:
A Telecaller's job involves making outbound or receiving inbound calls to promote products, generate sales leads, provide customer support, and gather feedback, requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and documentation skills to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction, acting as the voice of the company. Key duties include contacting potential customers, explaining offerings, resolving issues, updating CRM, and consistently hitting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Contacting potential and existing clients to introduce products/services, generate interest, and book appointments.
- Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and nurturing sales leads, passing qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Customer Engagement: Building rapport, addressing needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Data Management: Accurately logging all interactions, updating customer details in the CRM, and maintaining call records.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call targets.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
