Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Liaison (Revenue department) to manage government approvals, licenses, and regulatory compliance for industrial and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong knowledge of MIDC norms, land-use regulations, and effective coordination with government bodies and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage liaising activities for industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Obtain licenses, approvals, and NOCs from regulatory authorities (MIDC, UDCPR, CIDCO, etc.).
- Handle land acquisition processes, NA conversion, zoning permissions, and building plan approvals.
- Ensure compliance with state and central government policies for subsidies and incentives.
- Maintain strong relationships with government officials and track approval progress.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to support smooth execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in liaison and regulatory approvals.
- Strong knowledge of MIDC norms, land-use policies, and government regulations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple approvals and deadlines effectively.
