GRAPHIC DESIGNER FOR REAL ESTATE - RAJNANDGAON , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Marketing Materials: Design brochures, flyers, postcards, banners, and signage for property listings.
- Digital & Social Media: Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website banners.
- Branding Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with company brand guidelines and standards.
- Content Creation: Produce listing presentations, pitch books, and virtual tour materials.
- Collaboration: Work with real estate agents, brokers, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and promote listings effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in layout design, typography, and marketing materials.
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate, architectural, or commercial graphic design is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Primary: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Secondary: Knowledge of Canva, web design tools (HTML5/CSS3), or video editing software is a plus.
