Job Description:
An Incharge Civil Site's job is to oversee daily construction operations, ensuring projects meet plans, budgets, and timelines by managing workers, subcontractors, materials, and safety protocols, while coordinating with engineers, resolving issues, and ensuring high quality and compliance with codes. They are responsible for overall project execution, resource allocation, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Managing daily activities, ensuring work aligns with engineering plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Directing and supervising workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and resolving conflicts.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, ensuring use of PPE, and managing accident protocols.
- Resource Management: Allocating labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet schedules and budgets.
- Quality Control: Monitoring work quality, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
- Reporting & Communication: Preparing progress reports and communicating effectively with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Addressing on-site issues, delays, and technical problems promptly.
