Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, site, and corporate roles

Coordinate onboarding and induction of new joiners

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS
-
Assist in payroll processing and coordination with finance/accounts team
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies

Support performance management and appraisal processes

Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities
-
Coordinate training programs and HR initiatives
-
Manage exit formalities including full & final settlements
Required Skills & Competencies:
-
Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment

Experience in hiring for real estate sales and site roles preferred

Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance

Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry

Immediate to short notice period preferred
