Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, site, and corporate roles

• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new joiners

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS

• Assist in payroll processing and coordination with finance/accounts team

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies

• Support performance management and appraisal processes

• Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities

• Coordinate training programs and HR initiatives

• Manage exit formalities including full & final settlements

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment

• Experience in hiring for real estate sales and site roles preferred

• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance

• Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry

• Immediate to short notice period preferred
