Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calls, social selling, referrals, and networking.
  • Product/Service Pitching: Presenting tailored demos or solutions to prospective clients and clearly communicating the value proposition in both the eCommerce and AI/ML domains.
  • Conducting Sales Presentations: Delivering impactful product demos and presentations based on unique client needs.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs in eCommerce and AI technology sectors.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Leading negotiations and effectively handling objections to close high-value deals.
  • CRM Management & Reporting: Maintaining accurate activity records, sales pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM systems.
  • Building Long-Term Relationships: Establishing trust and ensuring repeat business through ongoing communication and support.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services relevant to clients’ technology stack.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams: Coordinating with marketing, product, and technical teams to align solutions and guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Providing Technical & Market Feedback: Sharing insights from sales interactions to help refine service offerings and strategies for both software and AI/ML products.
