FINANCE EXECUTIVE FOR STEEL PIPE INDUSTRY - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Purpose

The Finance Executive – Banking & Project Finance will be responsible for managing all bank-related financial operations, supporting project finance activities, coordinating with banks and finance consultants, and ensuring timely execution and compliance of banking instruments and credit-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Finance Operations

• Handle all bank-related financial activities and documentation.
• Execute banking instruments including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Purchase Bill Discounting.
• Manage bank renewals, limits enhancements, and related documentation.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with banks to resolve pending matters and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain ongoing coordination with banks for smooth financial operations.

Project Finance Support

• Assist in project finance activities, including data preparation, coordination, and execution.
• Support fund arrangement processes in coordination with senior finance team members.

Interest & Accounting Controls

• Perform interest checking, verification, and reconciliation with bank statements.
• Ensure accurate accounting of interest and bank charges in financial records.

Credit Rating & Compliance

• Prepare and compile financial and operational data required for credit rating agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted information.

Coordination & Optimization

• Coordinate with finance consultants to negotiate and secure better banking terms and financial deals.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for timely availability of financial data and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in banking operations, project finance, or corporate finance.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of banking products (LC, BG, bill discounting).
• Knowledge of project finance and credit rating processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and compliance orientation.
