Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engineer – Project to support and execute on-site project activities. The role involves project coordination, site execution, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of assigned projects in line with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate and execute project activities at assigned project sites.

 Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project execution.

 Supervise site work and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site.

 Monitor material usage, site progress, and manpower deployment.

 Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and share updates with the Project Manager.

 Support project documentation, measurements, and billing-related activities.

 Identify and report risks, issues, or delays in project execution.

 Assist in project handover and closure activities. Required Qualifications & Skills
 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering Electrical.

 1–3 years of experience in project execution or project site handling.

 Basic knowledge of project management and site execution processes.

 Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documents.

 Good coordination and communication skills.

 Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, basic reporting). Preferred Skills
 Experience in handling industrial, electrical, lighting, or infrastructure projects.

 Exposure to site supervision, vendor coordination, and client interaction.

 Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Reporting To Manager Project / Senior Engineer Project
