Inside Sales Account Manager
Job Description:
Job role for Inside Sales Account Manager (OFFICE BASED ROLE):
We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to work closely with our Product Management Team and Field Sales team from our Mumbai Head Office.
Role:
• Send quotations and monitor quotes closed, converted and lost..
• Negotiating closure of quotes to orders
- Give status update on supplies and orders received
- Be the face of the company to the customer for all his requirements.
- Responsible for networking with new user in the academic and industry.
- Work closely with field sales team for all Sales related tasks. (Order management, Price Negotiation)
- Support Product Managers to build sales
Requirements:
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, Sales Coordinator, Customer service, Client Coordination or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi. Regional languages like Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu and Kannada preferred as additional skills.
