Work Time -10.00am to 7.30pm
Work Days - Monday to Saturday
Week Off - Sunday

🎯 Role Objective

To free the Director from daily execution, while ensuring tight control over company numbers, priorities, and follow-ups.
This role acts as the Director’s execution arm, converting decisions into action and ensuring nothing slips.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily ERP / Excel dashboards covering:
• Payments
• Billing
• Receivables
• Drive project-wise follow-ups across departments and sites
• Track and escalate issues related to:
• Tenders
• Purchase
• Billing
• Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and maintain a strict action tracker
• Manage the Director’s calendar, priorities, and critical deadlines
• Ensure commitments made by teams are executed on time
• Monitor manpower deployment and control in coordination with project teams

🔑 Authority & Reporting Power

• Authority to chase and follow up with:
• Engineers
• Accounts
• Purchase teams
• Direct access to the Director for decision-making and escalation
• Power to escalate delays, non-compliance, and risks without hierarchy blockage

🧠 Skills Required

• Advanced Excel proficiency (dashboards, trackers, MIS)
• Hands-on ERP exposure
• Extremely strong follow-up and execution mindset
• Ability to understand construction workflows and commercial impact
• High ownership, clarity in communication, and zero-excuse attitude

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• 6–10 years’ experience in EPC / Contracting / Infrastructure companies
• Educational Background (any one):
• B. Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.Tech (Engineering)
• Basic finance & cost understanding is mandatory
