Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their interior design requirements, budget, and timelines
  • Schedule, attend, and lead client meetings (site visits, office meetings, and virtual meetings)
  • Present design concepts, layouts, and material specifications to clients
  • Prepare, explain, and present BOQs (Bill of Quantities) clearly to clients
  • Discuss pricing, scope of work, and cost breakups with clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal design/execution teams
  • Follow up with clients to close deals and convert leads into confirmed projects
  • Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals professionally
  • Maintain records of client discussions, proposals, and BOQs
  • Support sales targets and business development activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Interior Designer or similar client-facing role
  • Strong client coordination, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and interpretation
  • Ability to explain design concepts, materials, finishes, and costs
  • Basic knowledge of execution processes and site coordination
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, or similar tools (preferred)
