Job Description:

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager – Bangalore will be responsible for end-to-end regional marketing

operations — from strategy creation to execution, performance monitoring, and optimization. The

candidate will act as the brand’s custodian in the region, ensuring consistent messaging, cultural

relevance, consumer engagement, and strong penetration in the HoReCa channel.

(Sales Manager – HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Juice Centre, Ice- cream )

Detailed Responsibilities

1. Strategic Market Planning

Build market entry strategies for new product launches in the region.

Design targeted strategies for HoReCa sector penetration, including menu partnerships, chef collaborations, and institutional tie-ups

2. Consumer & Market Insights

Conduct market surveys, focus groups, and taste-testing events to understand local preferences.

Analyse tea, herbal beverage, health food, and HoReCa consumption trends.

Maintain a database of regional consumer behaviour segmented by age, city tier, lifestyle, and HoReCa demand.

3. Brand Visibility &Activation

Ensure in-store branding is adapted to the local audience with culturally relevant visuals.

Drive HoReCa activations such as sampling programs, chef-led product demonstrations, and menu integrations.

4. Sales &Trade Marketing Collaboration

Partner with different paties for joint distributor promotions and retail schemes.

Create trade loyalty programs for key retailers and HoReCa partners.

Organize dealer meets, retailer training sessions, and HoReCa partner workshops for product knowledge.

5. Leadership &Team Development

Lead a team of regional marketing executives and brand promoters.

Manage external vendors, agencies, and event partners.

Provide training and skill development for team members, including HoReCa-focused sales promoters.

Proven experience in Frozen category.

Exposure to HoReCa sector marketing and partnerships is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong brand building and campaign management skills.

Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting abilities.

Ability to build and sustain HoReCa relationships.

Experience: 4–5 years in FMCG/F&B marketing (Health Food category preferred) specially In Horeca segment

Education: Graduate in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred).

Salary: Negotiable
