Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling
:Contact potential and existing customers via cold calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers, address inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints.
- Sales & Persuasion: Explain product features, benefits, pricing, overcome objections, and persuade customers to purchase or take action.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, foster relationships, and follow up with clients for feedback or further action.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer databases, record call details, and generate reports.
Essential Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch communication styles based on customer cues.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy, data entry, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Attitude: Patience, empathy, and ability to handle pressure and rejection.
Typical Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Knowledge of company products/services and industry.
