Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility:
 Create and carry out a lead generation plan to support business growth and hit revenue goals.
 Find and focus on new business opportunities using research, networking, and partnerships.
 Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for Touchstone Infrastructure Solutions.
 Work with marketing teams on campaigns and events to attract and generate leads.
 Talk with potential clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and close deals that match company
goals.
 Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to spot opportunities and risks.
 Share regular updates and reports on lead generation progress, pipeline health, and market insights with
leadership.
 Encourage continuous learning and innovation within the business development team.
Qualification:
 Any degree
 Proven experience in business development, with a focus on lead generation and team management,
ideally within the design and build interior solutions industry.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
 Vehicle and License is must.
