We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment and selection

Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & referrals

Conducting and coordinating telephonic and virtual interviews (Phone, Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

Managing recruitment pipeline, trackers & MIS

Vendor and stakeholder management

Market mapping and cost-effective sourcing strategies

Preparing recruitment reports using Excel & PowerPoint
Other details-Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days Work from Office & 2 days Work from Home ( 5 days working Mon - Friday )
Working Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: On interview drives, Saturdays will be Work from Office. (Applicable only when interview drives are scheduled.)
