Job Description:
- Source premium/high-value home loan cases through DSA, builders, connectors, and direct sourcing
- Handle end-to-end loan process: login, documentation, coordination with credit, legal & technical teams
- Ensure quality sourcing with focus on low delinquency and policy adherence
- Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
- Provide customized financial solutions to premium customers
- Also needs rich experience in team handling. Strong sourcing capability in high-ticket size loans,
- Good understanding of credit policies, income assessment, and property evaluation
