Job Summary

Motvic Group is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Marketing for its LED Lighting Division. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, supporting sales growth, and driving market expansion for LED lighting products.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote LED lighting products across targeted markets.
 Plan and execute to enhance brand visibility.
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
 Coordinate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and achieve business targets.
 Manage product positioning, promotions, and launch strategies for new LED products.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, consultants, and key clients.

 Monitor and analyze marketing performance, campaign ROI, and sales impact.
 Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
 Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.
 Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. Required Skills & Competencies
 Strong knowledge of LED lighting market, products, and applications.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

 Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
 Leadership skills with experience in cross-functional coordination.
 Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools; digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

 MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
 Engineering background with marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Experience

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in LED lighting/ electrical Industry.
 Experience in B2B marketing and channel management is highly desirable.
