Job Role - Purchase Executive

Location: Thane, Wagle estate

NP - Immediate Joiner or 15days

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of materials related to electrical panels, switchgears, and electrical components.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors; negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement as per project and production requirements.
• Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure material specifications and standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock and ensure cost optimization.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement within the electrical panels.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, vendors, and market pricing.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in project-based procurement.
• Ability to handle multiple vendors and urgent procurement requirements.
• Exposure to cost control and budgeting
