Job Description:
A Real Estate Sales Manager needs a mix of education (often a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing), proven sales leadership, deep market knowledge, and strong people skills (communication, negotiation, team building). Key qualifications include a track record of hitting targets, CRM software proficiency, an active real estate license (often preferred), and the ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment. 
 
  • Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Certifications/Courses: Additional training in real estate law, property development, or management can be beneficial. 
 
  • Sales Experience: Several years in real estate sales, including leadership or team lead roles.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local market trends, property laws, and investment.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent skills to manage client relationships and secure deals.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to set sales targets, forecast, and implement marketing strategies. 
 
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
  • Highly sociable, optimistic, and client-focused.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to learning.
