Job Description:
A Real Estate Branding & Marketing Manager develops and executes strategies to build brand presence, generate leads, and drive sales, overseeing digital campaigns (SEO, social, PPC), content creation, market research, budget management, and collaboration with sales teams for 360-degree project promotion, requiring strong analytics, creativity, and industry knowledge. Key duties include defining brand positioning, managing creatives (brochures, videos), running events, analyzing ROI, and aligning marketing with revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define project value propositions and overall brand vision, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns to boost awareness and generate leads.
- Content & Creative: Oversee creation of brochures, videos, website content, and digital assets, ensuring brand excellence.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for project launches and ongoing promotion.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing spends, KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance, reporting to senior leadership.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales teams to support lead conversion and business objectives.
- Event Management: Plan and execute property launches, open houses, and other physical/virtual events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to manage budgets effectively.
