Job Description:
- Manage assigned bank branches/POS and generate business through channel partners
- Drive Demat account opening, margin funding & broking revenue
- Conduct client meetings, branch visits & partner training sessions
- Ensure client activation and first trade conversions
- Support branches with sales activities, campaigns & product awareness
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Minimum 2+ years experience in BFSI / Broking / Channel Sales
- Knowledge of Capital Markets & Financial Products
- NISM certification preferred (5/7/8)
- Strong communication & relationship management skills
- Own vehicle mandatory
